AZFF did a great job selling my dad's house. It was definitely a fixer and was going to be bought by an investor so didn't need custom marketing or open houses or staging. The quick sales guys were offering far below what I thought the property was worth and I didn't feel like paying an agent 3% for work they weren't going to do. But at the same time didn't want to figure out all the paperwork to go FSBO, so I sought out a flat fee realtor.AZFF made everything smooth, they were responsive and easy to communicate with, offering advice, guiding me through the bidding process, completing paperwork and to closing.Saved me thousands in fees and I got pretty much exactly what I thought the house was worth.Money well spent. Five stars. Six if an extra were available.

It was a pleasure working a deal with Phil, he was truly a team player and when emotions got high, we both gave each other the grace we needed! It was a long journey for both of us with our clients and it came to a happy ending because we chose to work together as a team!

The team handling our home sale were fabulous! It was unusual to have different people handling different phases of the process (showing, closing, etc), but the hand-off was seamless. The service was every bit as good as a typical 3% realtor, so there is no need to go that route any more when selling. I would definitely use them again.

The entire team at AZ Flat Fee Real Estate were very professional, helpful and kind. Their recommendation of using a professional photographer with experience in real estate photos made a big difference. The team made the entire process stress free. Okay, as a family, we have been through the buy/sell a primary residence process too many times to date. God willing, this will be our last "rodeo" with respect to that process. Having said that, we decided this time around we would try a MUCH more fee/cost efficient way to sell our home. We performed A LOT of research. AZ Flat fee made our final list of service options. After interviewing those on our final list, we decided to enlist AZ Flat Fee, and for the very reasonable flat "fee" we expected to have noticeably reduced services and would have to be more reliant upon our own experience to pre-stage, show and negotiate the sale of our home. We thought it would be worth the "risk" as the savings would be significant for us. To our astonishment, while we had a "team" of 3 experts help us through the process, that "team" turned out to be the DREAM TEAM. In every facet, they performed ELEVATED FULL SERVICE expertise and assistance with the whole sale process. Our photos were unbelievably nice and really showed the home in its best light! Kim Leighton, our listing agent at AZ Flat Fee was probably the best agent experience we have had in our many years of moving about as a family. She is simply AMAZING. For the whole team, Communication - 10/10, Responsiveness 10/10, Expertise and guidance - 10/10, and overall satisfaction - 11/10 (if there ever could be such a thing)!
